The service

webface.cloud is a managed application platform operated by webfaCeMEdia (1001613716 Ontario Inc.), Toronto, Canada. We provision, host, and operate applications — including their database, authentication, file storage, and web hosting — on behalf of our clients and their users.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your credentials confidential. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement. We may suspend accounts that compromise the security or integrity of the service.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, infringe others' rights, distribute malware, send unsolicited bulk email, or attempt to access data or systems you are not authorized to access. We may remove content or suspend applications that violate these rules.

Your content

Content you or your users create in a hosted application belongs to you (or to the application's owner, per your agreement with them). You grant us only the rights needed to store, back up, and serve it as part of operating the service.

Service changes and availability

We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted operation. Paid engagements are governed by their own service agreements, which take precedence over these terms where they differ.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, webfaCeMEdia's aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the fees paid for the service in the three months preceding the claim. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
