Privacy Policy

What we collect
When you use webface.cloud or an application hosted on it, we collect the account details you provide (name, email address), content you submit to an application (for example messages, records, or uploaded files), and standard operational logs (IP address, browser type, request times) needed to run and secure the service.
If you sign in with a third-party provider such as Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile identifier from that provider. We never receive your password for that provider, and we do not access other data in your account.
How we use it
Your information is used to operate the service: authenticating you, storing and displaying the content you create, sending transactional email (invitations, receipts, alerts), and keeping the platform secure. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your content for advertising.
Where it lives
Data is stored on infrastructure operated by webfaCeMEdia in Canadian data-centre regions. Each hosted application's data is isolated per application. Backups exist for disaster recovery and are subject to the same access controls.
Who can see it
The owner of a hosted application controls its data and who may access it. webfaCeMEdia personnel access data only to operate, support, and secure the service. We disclose information to third parties only when required by law.
Your choices
You may request a copy of your personal information, correction of inaccuracies, or deletion of your account and associated data by emailing tommy@webfacemedia.com. We respond within 30 days. We comply with Canada's PIPEDA; where another privacy law applies to you, we honour its requirements to the extent it applies.
Cookies
We use only session cookies necessary for signing in. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are set.
